No bake peanut butter & oatmeal cookies

Here's a simple recipe for some yummy and healthy peanut butter and oatmeal cookies. And you know what the best part is? You don't need an oven!

What you'll need:
Oats- 1 Cup
Peanut butter- 2 Tablespoon
Honey- 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate- 1 Large Bar
Add one cup of oats to a blender and blend it to form oat flour.
Step 2 & 3
Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Take the bowl out of the microwave and mix the honey and peanut butter to form a smooth mixture.
Now add the oat flour we made earlier to the honey and peanut butter.
Mix the oat flour, peanut butter and honey until it forms a cookie dough texture (like play-doh).
Form golf ball size balls with the dough and then use your palms to flatten the balls into a cookie shape.
Put the cookies in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
Patience is the key!
While the cookies chill in the fridge, grab a bar of chocolate and a microwave-safe bowl.
Break the chocolate bar into pieces and add it to the bowl.
Microwave the chocolate for about 30-40 seconds or until melted.
Take the cookies out of the fridge and dip half of each cookie in the melted chocolate.
Now put it back in the fridge to chill for 30 mins.
Your cookies are ready to be eaten!
These cookies can last in the fridge for up to 10 days!
