No bake peanut butter & oatmeal cookies

Attention Bakers!

Here's a simple recipe for some yummy and healthy peanut butter and oatmeal cookies. And you know what the best part is? You don't need an oven!

What you'll need:

  • Oats- 1 Cup

  • Peanut butter- 2 Tablespoon

  • Honey- 2 Tablespoon

  • Chocolate- 1 Large Bar

Step 1

Add one cup of oats to a blender and blend it to form oat flour.

Step 2 & 3

Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Step 4

  • Take the bowl out of the microwave and mix the honey and peanut butter to form a smooth mixture.

  • Now add the oat flour we made earlier to the honey and peanut butter.

Step 5

  • Mix the oat flour, peanut butter and honey until it forms a cookie dough texture (like play-doh).

  • Form golf ball size balls with the dough and then use your palms to flatten the balls into a cookie shape.

Step 6

Put the cookies in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.

Patience is the key!

Step 7

  • While the cookies chill in the fridge, grab a bar of chocolate and a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Break the chocolate bar into pieces and add it to the bowl.

  • Microwave the chocolate for about 30-40 seconds or until melted.

Step 8

  • Take the cookies out of the fridge and dip half of each cookie in the melted chocolate.

  • Now put it back in the fridge to chill for 30 mins.

  • Your cookies are ready to be eaten!

  • These cookies can last in the fridge for up to 10 days!
