Easy Cheese Rolls Recipe

Here is an easy recipe that you can make for your mommies this Mother's Day!

It is a very flexible recipe and you can create several different variations with it. Add whichever cheese you like, use any herbs and spices and your favourite kind of bread!



Ingredients:


Bread

Cheese

Herbs

Water


Step 1


Cut the edges of the bread and use a rolling pin to flatten the slice of bread.

*You can use the edges to make some croutons for a salad*


Step 2 & 3


  • Sprinkle some herbs on your flattened slice of bread.

  • Cut up a piece of cheese and place it on the bread too.

  • Now dip your fingers in some water and wet the edges of the bread.

  • Roll it around the cheese and make sure to close the edges tightly.


Step 4


  • Line an oven tin with butter paper or just place the rolls on a piece of foil.

  • Lightly drizzle or brush some olive oil on the rolls.


Step 5


Bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until they turn golden and crusty.
